SlayRx SparkPlug (Cherry Bomb)

Caffeine is one of the few legal and effective supplements for reducing the perception of fatigue during workouts. Some studies have shown performance improvements of 3% or more with its use. A tube of SparkPlug contains 75mg (a cup of coffee has about 100mg) of slow-release caffeine. We mix it with our Himalayan Pink Salt electrolyte blend AND a sweet popping treat to take your mind off of your aching legs. How to use: Research has shown that people typically get the most benefit from caffeine with a dose of around 3-6mg per kg of body weight. It takes about an hour to be absorbed by the body. We recommend taking small shakes of SparkPlug every 15 minutes or so while exercising. You can also consume some in the hour leading up to your workout or event as well. You will definitely want to try out your caffeine strategy in training. Not everyone responds to caffeine the same way.
