International Return Policy

At Nutricity, we currently accept international returns only from New Zealand. Orders placed from any other country outside of Australia are not eligible for return unless required by law.

If you're located in New Zealand and need to return an item, please follow the process outlined below.

Returns from New Zealand

You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for eligible products. Please contact our support team to initiate a return:

Return Shipping from NZ

Once your return is approved, Nutricity will provide a prepaid NZ Post or DHL Express return label. You may choose between:

  • Carrier Drop-off: Drop the item at your nearest NZ Post or DHL Express location using the label provided.
  • Scheduled Pickup: If available, we can arrange a pickup via DHL at a time and place convenient for you. Return instructions will be emailed upon request.

Important: You must include all return documentation provided by Nutricity in the package.

If You Choose to Self-Ship

If your item requires self-shipping (for example, if it is classified as a hazardous item or not supported by standard carriers):

  • You may use NZ Post (International Express Service) or DHL Express at your own cost.
  • Include the return documents we send you inside the parcel.
  • Keep all shipping receipts and tracking information.

If the return is due to a faulty product, Nutricity will reimburse up to AU$16 in return shipping costs after we receive and inspect the returned item. If your return shipping exceeds AU$16, you may contact us with supporting documentation to claim the remaining amount.

Returns Refund Timeline

  • Returns from NZ typically take 5–7 days to reach us once shipped.
  • Refunds are issued within 1–5 business days of receiving your item.

Customs & Export Documentation

Please ensure that Nutricity.com.au is not listed as the exporter on any customs forms, invoices, or documentation. Any export declarations must list the sender (you) as the exporter.

If returning a high-value faulty item, you may be entitled to a refund of import/customs duties. Please contact us and provide valid customs documentation to support your claim.

Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels sent via unsupported carriers.
  • Free returns and refunds are subject to inspection and must meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Returns from countries other than New Zealand are currently not supported.
