Find a Missing Item from Your Package
If you received a delivery from Nutricity.com.au but an item or part of an item is missing, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Check for Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be split into multiple packages and shipped separately. Please do the following:
- Go to Your Orders and review the full order summary.
- Check if the missing item has a separate shipment number or delivery tracking number.
- If marked as “In Transit” or “Shipping Soon”, it may arrive in a separate package.
2. Item Missing from a Delivered Package
If your package has arrived but one or more items are missing, and the tracking indicates they were included:
- Review the internal packaging to ensure the item or part wasn't overlooked.
- Check if the missing item was substituted or shipped separately.
- If confirmed missing, contact our support team at support@nutricity.com.au.
3. Part of an Item is Missing
If a component, attachment, or accessory is missing from a product:
- Double-check the original packaging, inner boxes, or inserts for the part.
- If the part is confirmed missing, you may initiate a return or replacement via Your Orders.
- Alternatively, contact us with your order ID and description of what’s missing.
4. Entire Package is Missing
If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the package:
- Check around your property, mailbox, garage, or with neighbors.
- Ensure that another household member hasn’t received it on your behalf.
- If the package is still missing, email us at support@nutricity.com.au so we can investigate further.
