Delivery is Late
Delivery is Late?

You’ll find tracking details, current delivery estimates, and package status updates for each item in your order.
Common Reasons for Late Delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address — Missing apartment, floor, unit, or house number can delay delivery.
- Bad weather or natural disruptions — Storms or severe weather may hold up courier transport.
- Out of stock at the time of fulfillment — Item may have temporarily gone out of stock just before shipping.
- Damage during transit — If an item was damaged while in transit, carriers may return it to us without delivery.
What You Can Do
- Confirm your shipping address via your Your Orders page. Ensure it's complete and up to date.
- Add delivery instructions (e.g., access codes or landmarks) to your address profile to help carriers reach you.
- Check for payment issues — If your payment hasn’t processed, your order may be held until payment clears.
- Give it 24-48 hours — Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed but still arrive within two business days of the estimated date.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, allow an extra day or two — most delayed packages arrive shortly after the estimate.
