Pending Charges for Cancelled Orders
Sometimes the value of a cancelled order may still temporarily appear on your card balance.
When you place an order with Nutricity.com.au, we may contact your payment card's issuing bank to confirm that your card has a valid number. This communication is done via a full authorisation request for the purchase. However, we do not actually proceed with charging your card unless the order is processed. This is simply one of the security measures we use to protect our customers.
If you cancel your order before it is charged, your bank may continue to hold the authorisation on your card for up to 7 business days.
Note: You'll need to contact your bank directly if you want to have this authorisation removed before it naturally expires.
If you have already been charged for an item that was later cancelled, please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 business days to post back to your bank account.
