Return a Gift
If you received an item from Nutricity.com.au as a gift from a friend or relative and would like to return it, we make the process simple. Gift recipients can return eligible items even if they were not the original purchaser.
Eligibility for Gift Returns
You can return gift items under the following conditions:
- The item was fulfilled by Nutricity Australia.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- The product is not listed on our non-returnable items list.
All gift returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and Return Shipping policy.
How to Return a Gift (Without a Gift Receipt)
- Step 1: Contact us at support@nutricity.com.au and mention that you'd like to return a gift. If you don't already have a Nutricity account, we'll help you create one.

Step 2: Provide as much information as possible to help us locate the order:
- Order ID (if available from the packing slip)
- Gift sender's name, email address, or phone number
- Description of the item
- Step 3: Once the order is located, we will provide you with a return label or code along with instructions for return.
- Step 4: Package the item securely and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post Drop-Off location or use our scheduled pickup option (if available in your area).
- Step 5: After we receive your return, a refund will be issued to you as a Nutricity.com.au gift card. This credit will be added to your Nutricity account.
Additional Information
- Gift recipients are not eligible for exchanges or instant refunds. Refunds are processed as Nutricity gift cards only.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- If the gift item was not marked as a gift or cannot be located using the details provided, we may ask you to contact the original purchaser for assistance.
- For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose any details about the original order or sender.
- If returning electronics or items containing personal data (e.g., phones, tablets, cameras), please erase all saved information before sending it back.
- Please return each item separately using the label or code generated for that specific product. Do not combine returns from multiple orders in the same package.
