Items that Can't be Returned
While Nutricity offers generous return policies on most items, there are some categories of products that cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons.
Important: If your item is non-returnable but is faulty or defective, you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Returning Faulty Items policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Digital Items
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Online subscriptions after they’ve been accessed
- Open software or license keys

Hazardous Materials
- Aerosols, flammable liquids or gases, or any item classified as dangerous goods

Gift Cards & Prepaid Cards
- Nutricity Gift Cards (unless required by law)
- Third-party prepaid cards (if applicable)

Health, Hygiene & Consumables
- Opened or used pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings)
- Health and medical items where hygiene seals have been broken (e.g. COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests)
- Opened vitamins, supplements or medicines
- Personal care and sexual wellness products once opened
- Food items, groceries, baby formula, alcohol
- Pet food and treats

- Underwear (excluding bras)

Tampered Products
- Items missing a serial number or product barcode (UPC)

- This list applies to products fulfilled by Nutricity only.
- The above items are not eligible for change of mind returns.
- This policy does not override any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Disposal & Recycling
