Payment Declined or Payment Issues
To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide Nutricity.com.au with specific information about why your payment was declined. If your payment fails, we recommend contacting your bank directly to resolve the issue, or trying a different card.
Our Customer Service team can assist you with verifying if your payment information was entered correctly, or help you update the payment method on an open order. Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance.
To resolve payment issues, you may need to speak with your bank about:
- Authorisation to proceed with activity flagged by the bank as unexpected (such as first-time orders or high-value purchases).
- Daily withdrawal or purchase limits that may have been reached.
- Issues with Multifactor Authentication or One Time Passcodes (OTP).
- Payment authorisations, reserved funds, or charges appearing on your account.
Note: Some banks may hold payment authorisations for up to 7-10 business days, even if the order is cancelled or not processed.
