Free Returns on Eligible Items

Nutricity offers free return shipping on eligible items, including clothing, wellness accessories, and other select products fulfilled by Nutricity Australia. Look for items marked with the “FREE Returns” message on the product detail page to confirm eligibility.

Eligibility for Free Returns

• Free Returns applies only to items fulfilled and shipped by Nutricity Australia.
• To qualify, the item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, returned within 30 days of delivery.
• No minimum purchase is required to be eligible for Free Returns.

Conditions for Free Return Shipping

• Product must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation (e.g., user manuals, certificates, etc.).
• Jewellery items valued over $35 must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
• Items that are resized, altered, damaged, or missing components after delivery will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a Free Return:

1. Go to support@nutricity.com.au and request a return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label and a return authorisation.
3. Print the label and drop the parcel at your nearest return location or post office.

Important Notes

• If you return multiple items together, and any of them are not eligible for Free Returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted for ineligible items.
• Nutricity does not refund the original shipping fees unless the product is faulty or damaged.
• If you do not use the prepaid label provided, and pay for return shipping yourself, Nutricity will reimburse up to $17 AUD per eligible item if a receipt is provided.

Free Returns is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for faulty or misdescribed items. See our Returning Faulty Items page for more information.

Which Items Are Not Eligible?

• Items not fulfilled by Nutricity Australia
• Opened supplements or perishable goods
• Items without the "FREE Returns" label at time of purchase

If a non-eligible item is returned with a Free Return item, Nutricity may deduct the return shipping cost of the ineligible item from your refund.

Returning a Gift

If you are returning an item received as a gift, please email support@nutricity.com.au with your order number or gift receipt. Refunds for gift returns are issued as store credit.
