Verify Your Payment Method
Sometimes your card issuer or bank may require you to complete an additional verification step using 3D Secure (3DS), an OTP (One-Time Password), or other security measures when making a payment at Nutricity.com.au.
Important: You must successfully complete the verification process before we can fulfill your order or complete your transaction.
How Payment Verification Works
If your payment requires verification, you will either:
- Be prompted during checkout to complete an online authentication process.
- Or, receive an email from Nutricity asking you to verify your payment method.
To verify your payment:
- Click the Verify button in the email, or visit Your Orders.
- Locate the order and click Verify next to it.
- Follow the steps as instructed to complete your verification or choose a different payment method if needed.
During Checkout
When completing your checkout or using 'Buy Now', your bank might redirect you within our website to complete verification. This is a standard, secure process applied to protect your account.
Common Verification Methods:
- Entering a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS, banking app, or email.
- Confirming the transaction via your banking mobile application.
After completing verification, you’ll be redirected back to Nutricity and your order will be confirmed.
What to Do if Verification Fails?
If you encounter an error during verification:
- Double-check and re-enter the correct OTP or authentication code.
- Ensure your registered mobile number and email address are updated with your bank.
- Contact your bank directly for assistance if you continue facing issues.
- Alternatively, update your payment method in Your Orders and try again.
Tips for a Smooth Verification Process
- Ensure your personal details (email, phone number) with your bank are up to date.
- Use the latest version of your bank’s mobile app.
- Check your SMS, email inbox, and spam folders for verification codes.
- If you encounter loading issues, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or use a different browser.
Important:
- If the payment verification is not completed in time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- To place the order again, you can go to Your Orders and click Buy Again or start a new checkout process.
- If you receive a verification email for an order you didn’t place, please contact us immediately.
