Returning an item at Nutricity.com.au is simple and secure. Please follow the detailed instructions below to initiate your return request and complete your return process efficiently.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@nutricity.com.au using the same registered email address that you used to place your order. This step helps us verify the ownership and details of your purchase.
Important: Requests made from unregistered or different email addresses may be delayed until we verify your identity and order details.
Once We Receive Your Return Request:
- Our team will verify your order details and the reason for the return.
- If approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- You will need to print the label, securely attach it to the return package, and either wait for courier pickup or drop off the package as instructed.
Courier Pickup and Drop-off Options
Depending on your location, return collection will work as follows:
- Eligible Pickup Areas: Our courier partner will collect the return directly from your address. Simply have the item packed and ready with the provided label.
- Non-Pickup Areas: If pickup service is unavailable at your address, you will be responsible for self-shipping the item via Australia Post or another trusted carrier.
In case you need to self-ship the return, we will reimburse up to AUD $17 towards your return shipping cost. Simply email us a clear copy of the return shipping receipt to support@nutricity.com.au.
Note: Refund of shipping fees is subject to providing a valid shipping receipt showing the amount paid.
Preparing Your Return
Packaging Instructions:
- Where possible, use the original packaging.
- If the original packaging is not available, use any sturdy packaging material ensuring the product is well protected.
- Include any manuals, accessories, or free gifts that came with the product.
- Paste the provided return label securely on the outside of the package.
Important Notes:
- Each return label is assigned to a specific return. Please do not include items from multiple orders in a single box.
- Faulty or damaged items must be appropriately packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
- Products such as electronics should have all personal data erased before being returned.
Special Return Cases
Large Items:
- Items categorized as heavy or bulky (based on size and weight) will have different pickup or drop-off processes.
- Returns for large items from metro Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane may be eligible for scheduled pickup; for other areas, self-shipping may be required.
Faulty Items:
- For items found to be faulty, please report the fault clearly in your return request email.
- Faulty items will not incur any return shipping fees if verified by our support team.
Gift Orders:
- Items received as gifts must be returned by contacting us via the email address used by the original purchaser, or providing a valid gift receipt if available.
Electronic Devices:
- Erase all personal information and logout from accounts (e.g., cloud services) before returning devices like laptops, tablets, or phones.
Hazardous Materials:
- Nutricity.com.au does not accept returns of hazardous materials including products containing flammable liquids, gases, or restricted batteries.
- For safe disposal of hazardous items, please contact your local recycling centre or visit EPA Australia.
Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 1–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- For self-shipped returns, additional refund of up to AUD $17 for return shipping will be processed once the receipt is received and verified.
Note: Failure to include the correct return paperwork or shipping using unauthorized methods may delay refund processing.
