Verification of Payment – Additional Documentation

At Nutricity.com.au, we work closely with trusted payment partners to ensure secure and reliable transactions. As a security measure, we may request limited documentation to verify ownership of the card used for the transaction.


Why We Ask for Proof

To protect both you and our platform from unauthorised transactions or fraud, we may require a bank statement or screenshot clearly showing:

  • The transaction made on Nutricity.com.au.
  • The unique transaction ID or code provided by your bank.

You may hide or black out unrelated transactions or personal information — we only need to confirm the specific payment to our website and verify that the card belongs to you.

⚠️ Important: We are not asking for full statements or sensitive data — only a cropped or redacted screenshot of the transaction related to Nutricity.


What Happens Next?

  • If the screenshot or proof clearly verifies the transaction, we will proceed with processing your order immediately.
  • If you are unable or choose not to provide the document, we may need to cancel your order. This is completely your choice — we simply request it as a precautionary security measure.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There is no harm in sharing the transaction screenshot — this helps us confirm legitimate card use and protect your account.


Other Document Requests

In some cases, we may need to verify your identity for security or legal compliance. If you received an email from Nutricity requesting documentation, please send the required information using one of the secure methods mentioned in the email.

We may request the following documents:

  • Your full residential address
  • Proof of address (e.g. recent utility bill
  • The reference number mentioned in the original transaction

You may email us your documentation in reply to our support message or upload it via the secure link we’ll provide.


Privacy & Security

We treat all your personal documents with the utmost confidentiality and use them only for verification purposes. Once verified, your data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
