  • Remote area exclusions: Delivery may not be available to certain remote or regional areas. You will be notified at checkout if your postcode is not serviceable for a specific item.
  • Delivery speed may vary: Factors such as public holidays, peak season demand, severe weather, or warehouse reallocation can affect expected delivery timeframes.
  • Always check your address: Ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries or delays.
  • Postcode accuracy: For the most accurate delivery availability and charges, update your postcode in the navigation bar or save it as your default address in your account settings.
  • Ordering cut-off: Standard cutoff is 4:00 P.M AEST Some items may have a same-day processing cut-off. An "order within" timer may be displayed on the product page to help you receive your delivery as soon as possible. However, delivery dates may shift based on stock levels or courier availability at checkout time.
  • Out-of-stock items: If your selected product is out of stock, a longer delivery estimate will apply. The product page will display an estimated shipping window in such cases.

    • It exceeds 70 cm in width or height
    • Its weight (including packaging) exceeds 22 kg
