Handling Time
Before your order ships, please allow for a handling time of 2 to 7 business days. This is due to our logistics process where stock is sourced and transferred between multiple partner warehouses before being dispatched.
Handling times may vary by region based on proximity to our distribution partners:
- Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 2–5 business days
- Regional Areas (e.g. Gold Coast, Hobart, Newcastle, Geelong, etc.): 3–6 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days
