About Replacements

Nutricity offers free replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as expected. We do not offer replacements for orders returned under the Change of Mind Return Policy.

How to Request a Replacement

If your order qualifies, you can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting our team:

For Orders Delivered Within the Last 30 Days

  • Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • Attach a photo if the item was damaged or defective.
  • We will assess your request and initiate a replacement shipment if eligible.

For Orders Delivered Over 30 Days Ago

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, your request may still be eligible under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us directly so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.

Eligibility for Replacements

To be eligible for a free replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item was shipped to an address in Australia or New Zealand.
  • The item was sold and fulfilled by Nutricity Australia (not a third-party supplier).
  • The item is still in stock at the time your replacement request is approved.
  • You return the original item within 30 days after the replacement is approved (unless it is marked as non-returnable).

Important Notes:

  • If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be offered instead.
  • If the original item is not returned within 30 days of the replacement request, your payment method may be charged for the full value of the replacement item.
  • Items classified as non-returnable may be eligible for replacement but are not required to be sent back.

Third-Party Products

Nutricity does not currently offer replacements for products sold by third-party vendors through our platform. If your item was purchased from a third-party seller, please contact us to request a refund instead.
