Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, orders may be returned to Nutricity Australia as undeliverable by our shipping partners. When this happens, we are unable to re-ship the same order. Instead, we will issue a full refund including delivery charges to the original payment method.
Note: If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order through our website.
Common Reasons for Undeliverable Packages
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, outdated, or missing essential information, the courier may be unable to deliver the package and will return it to us. Please double-check your address before placing your order. You can edit or update your address in your Nutricity account.
2. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery (due to no one being home, inaccessible location, etc.), they may:
- Attempt to deliver again at another time
- Leave a card with collection instructions
If you do not collect the item within the carrier’s stated timeframe, the package will be returned to us.
3. Safety Concerns at Delivery Address
If the courier identifies a safety issue (e.g., presence of an unrestrained dog), they may abort delivery. You can prevent this by updating your delivery instructions to mention any relevant access codes, delivery preferences, or pet presence in your delivery settings.
4. Package Refused by Recipient
If a gift recipient refuses the package (e.g., they were not expecting a delivery or mistook it for a wrong parcel), it will be returned. In this case, we will notify the original purchaser and issue a full refund. If you still wish to send the gift, we recommend informing the recipient ahead of time to avoid confusion.
5. Damaged During Transit
If a package is damaged while in transit, the carrier may return it to us without attempting delivery. Once received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund automatically.
