Leucine Loaded - The King BCAA

How much leucine does your amino product contain

Amino IV packs 5 grams of leucine per serving, putting it in the top 1% of amino acid products on the market. In fact you would have to double-dose most BCAA/Amino products in order to get the same leucine content.

Countless research has shown that leucine is the key amino acid for activating muscle protein synthesis. Amounts as low as 1.8g (in combination with EAAs) have shown to be effective, with more commonly researched amounts around 2.5g (in combination with BCAAs), and the high amounts in the 3.6g range (alone, and in combination with EAAs).

We dont mess around with Amino IV -- 5 grams of leucine per serving, and 30 servings per bottle makes Amino IV a cost effective leucine source, before we even get into the perks of the rest of the formula!

Leucine-Enriched EAAs

BCAAs are key ingredients to consume no matter what type of athlete you are. But the majority of the BCAA products on the market are just that. BCAAs, not a whole lot else. There are a few industry-funded BCAA studies out there with good results, but these products are missing something essential...literally!

The body requires 9 essential amino acids. These are amino acids that your body cannot make on its own, so they must be consumed via diet. When your body goes to make new protein, the protein that make up your muscles, it requires all 9 essential amino acids be present, not just the 3 BCAAs.

So what happens if you dont have EAAs present The new protein is terminated, and you get no benefit.

Now most of us should have sufficient EAAs if we are on high protein diets, but if you are going to be taking a supplement with leucine or BCAAs, why assume you have sufficient amounts already in your body Amino IV is a product that contains every essential amino with every serving.
