HINGED LID & INNER SEAL:

Our current hinged lids do not come with an inner seal. The plastic cap pull ring seal (pull tab) makes sure that the product is sealed and tamper evident. Please note that your product without the inner seal is neither defective nor in used condition. If your bottle has the plastic pull tab intact, it's new and there's no problem with your product.
