Green coffee beans are seeds from coffea fruits that have not been roasted. Coffee beans contain a chemical called chlorogenic acid, which research suggests may have health benefits, including lowering blood pressure and reducing inflammation. Unroasted coffea seeds have a higher concentration of chlorogenic acid than roasted seeds.

How to Take Green Coffee Bean

As a dietary supplement, take 50 mg to 200 mg up to three times daily. Use a milligram scale for accurate measurement.

This product contains caffeine. DO NOT take more than 200 mg in a single serving, or more than 600 mg per day. Individual needs vary depending on caffeine intake from other sources. Always monitor your caffeine intake to avoid side effects such as accelerated heart rate, headaches, irritability, and stomach upset.
