Using empty gelatin capsules in conjunction with a capping kit enables you to effectively produce your own supplements. This can include single ingredients that you simply dont the taste of, or even a combination of ingredients to create your own custom formulas. Not only does this give you added flexibility, but it will also save you money as opposed to buying pre-encapsulated products
