Tracking Your Package
You can easily track your Nutricity.com.au order from start to finish using one of the methods below.
How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your Nutricity account and go to Your Orders to view the tracking link and estimated delivery status.
- Check your email: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link along with carrier information and the estimated delivery window.
- Contact us: If you’re unable to find your tracking code, email us at support@nutricity.com.au and we’ll resend it to you.
Track Directly via Carrier
Once you have the tracking code, you can track your package directly using the courier’s website:
Multiple Items or Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.
Package Still Not Delivered?
- If the estimated delivery date has passed and there’s been no tracking update, allow an extra 1–2 business days as delays sometimes occur due to courier network congestion or weather events.
- If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please visit our Find a Missing Package page for assistance.
No Tracking Information?
If no tracking number appears in your order confirmation or dashboard, it could be due to:
- A delay in carrier scan updates.
- Technical delay in syncing tracking data to your account.
