Steps to Take If Your Order Hasn't Shipped

Before reaching out to us, check the following details in your Your Orders page:

  • Confirm your delivery address is accurate and includes apartment, unit, or floor numbers if applicable.
  • Verify that your payment details are correct and your payment has been successfully authorized.
  • Check whether your item is in stock or marked as pre-order or temporarily unavailable.

In some cases, if we detect possible delays, we’ll proactively upgrade your shipping at no extra cost to ensure timely delivery.


Estimated Delivery Date Keeps Changing

If your order has been showing a status like "Shipping Soon" for an extended time, or if your estimated delivery keeps shifting:

  • Double-check your shipping address — invalid or incomplete addresses may cause errors in the system.
  • If you selected delivery to a PO Box or Pickup Location, certain items may be too large for those options.
  • We typically charge you only when the item is ready to ship. If there are issues with your payment method, your shipment might be held until resolved.
  • Some items may have gone temporarily out of stock after your purchase. In such cases, you'll be notified if a significant delay is expected.

Order Is Close to Estimated Delivery, But Not Shipped Yet

Don’t worry! In metropolitan areas, we often dispatch orders from a nearby fulfilment centre shortly before the expected delivery date.

If needed, we may even upgrade your shipping method automatically so your item still reaches you on time—without any additional charge to you.
