When Are Signatures Required for Delivery?
At Nutricity.com.au, some deliveries may require a signature depending on the value, size, or type of item you have ordered. This helps us ensure your items are delivered safely and securely.
Examples of When a Signature May Be Required:
- Oversized items such as large TVs, fitness equipment, or bulky appliances.
- Large musical instruments including keyboards, pianos, and drum kits.
- High-value items, including expensive electronics and luxury goods.
- Age-restricted products such as alcohol (ID verification will also be required at the time of delivery).
If your order requires a signature upon delivery, this requirement will be clearly shown during checkout.
What If No One Is Available to Sign?
If your order has not yet shipped:
- You may update your shipping address in Your Orders to an address where someone will be available to sign.
- If your order is being fulfilled by a third-party seller, use the "Contact Seller" option in Your Orders to request an address update. (Please note: address changes are not guaranteed after the order is processed.)
If your order has already shipped:
- Arrange for someone at your delivery address to accept and sign for the package on your behalf (for non-age restricted items).
- For age-restricted items, the person accepting must meet the age requirement and provide a valid ID.
- If no one will be available, you can often reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup through the carrier after your tracking number is active.
- Refer to the 'We Missed You' card left by the courier for instructions on how to collect your package or reschedule delivery.
Note: In some cases, deliveries that require a signature cannot be left unattended at your door or redirected to a Parcel Locker.
