Late Deliveries
Late Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date shown at checkout or in your confirmation email, here are the most common reasons and steps you can take to resolve it.
Possible Reasons for Late Delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address: An address entered with missing apartment, unit, or level numbers can result in failed delivery attempts.
- Severe weather or natural disruptions: Flooding, storms, or road closures can delay courier services.
- High volume of orders: Delays may occur during holiday seasons, major sales, or public holidays.
- Remote or rural delivery: Deliveries to rural or regional locations may take extra time depending on the carrier's schedule.
Recommended Actions
1. Track Your Order
Go to Your Orders to check the status and tracking information for your order. If it shows as “In Transit,” it’s still on the way.
2. Confirm Your Address
Double-check that the shipping address on your order is correct. Go to Your Addresses to update or manage delivery instructions for future orders.
3. Payment Confirmation
If your payment has not been processed successfully, your order may be on hold. Please check your transaction history or email support@nutricity.com.au if unsure.
4. Contact the Carrier
If your order has been marked as shipped and there’s no further update, you may contact the delivery provider directly using the tracking number found in your confirmation email or Your Orders.
