About Delivery of Large Items
Large & Bulky Item Delivery
Nutricity.com.au offers a curated range of heavy or oversized products, referred to as Large Items. Due to their size, these items are handled with additional care and may require specific delivery arrangements depending on your location and the delivery partner involved.
Delivery Options for Large Items
There are two main delivery methods for Large Items fulfilled by Nutricity:
- Scheduled Delivery – For metro areas and eligible postcodes, where delivery timeframes are arranged with you in advance.
- Standard Delivery – For all other eligible areas, where the item is delivered to your door without scheduling a time window.
Note: Delivery of Large Items may not be available in all regions. Please enter your postcode on the product page or during checkout to confirm delivery eligibility and options for your location.
Scheduled Delivery (Where Available)
If Scheduled Delivery is available for your area, you will receive the option to select a preferred delivery timeframe once your order is placed. A general 12-hour window will initially be provided. Within 24 hours of the delivery date, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS or phone to narrow this to a 3-hour window for your convenience.
Scheduled delivery is not available for PO Box addresses.

- Contact us, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST.
Standard Delivery for Large Items
If Scheduled Delivery is not selected or not available, Large Items will be delivered using standard freight services. These deliveries are typically left in a secure location at your address if no one is available at the time of delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to size or access limitations, we may attempt re-delivery up to 3 times before returning the item for a refund.
- Ensure the item fits through all entry points – check product dimensions before placing your order.
- Delivery does not include installation, packaging removal, or old item disposal.
For Third-Party Shipped Products
Some items on Nutricity.com.au may be shipped directly by third-party suppliers. These items may follow a slightly different delivery process:
- Delivery will be to your door, but may require someone to be present to receive the parcel.
- Always review the seller’s shipping policy on the product page or contact them if unclear.
- ID verification may be required for high-value or bulky deliveries.
Returns for Large Items
Items Fulfilled by Nutricity
All returns follow our standard return policy. To initiate a return, visit the My Orders section and follow the return prompts. Return labels and pickup instructions for Large Items will be provided once approved.

- Delivery of Large Items may be limited based on your postcode, item weight, or packaging dimensions.
- We recommend confirming space availability and door clearance before purchasing large or heavy products.
