100% Authentic — Sourced directly from manufacturers or their authorized dealers!
- REAL FOOD INGREDIENTS, NO MALTODEXTRIN — Made with maple syrup, basmati rice, applesauce, sweet potato, MCT oil, and avocado oil. Every ingredient is recognizable and whole. No maltodextrin, no corn syrup, no rice syrup or preservatives — just food your gut knows what to do with. Read the label and actually know what's in it.
- STOMACH FRIENDLY ENERGY GEL FOR RUNNING AND RACING — Most gels cause cramping and GI distress because cheap processed sugars overwhelm your digestive system mid-race. Awesome Sauce uses a complex carb base from rice and sweet potato that delivers steady energy your gut can handle at any intensity — in training, marathons, trail running, and cycling.
- 180 CALORIES | 28G CARBS FROM WHOLE FOOD SOURCES — Each pouch fuels you with 180 calories from maple syrup, apple juice concentrate, and sweet potato — not sugar syrups. MCT oil and avocado oil provide a secondary fat-based fuel source for sustained output on longer efforts. Ideal as a marathon gel, trail running fuel, and endurance cycling nutrition.
- DESIGNED BY ENDURANCE ATHLETES, TESTED IN REAL RACES — Spring Energy gels are made by runners and scientists who train and race on their own products. Used by trail runners, ultramarathoners, triathletes, and cyclists who need fuel that performs mile after mile, not just in a controlled lab. Available at REI and used by athletes worldwide.
- VEGAN | GLUTEN FREE | NO COMMON ALLERGENS | MADE IN THE USA — Completely plant-based with no major allergens. Produced in the United States from responsibly sourced ingredients. The kind of sports nutrition label you can hand to a nutritionist without apology — clean fuel for serious athletes who care what goes into their bodies.
- Voted the best running gels for sensitive stomach
