Order Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity Australia, we work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
Cancellation requests must be submitted within this timeframe by contacting our Customer Support Team
If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

Post-24-Hour Cancellations

After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment
Cancellation after this period may not be possible
If an order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery upon arrival

Once the refused parcel is returned to us in its original, unopened condition, we will issue a refund for the product value only.

Important Notes

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable for:
- Cancellations made after the 24-hour window
- Refused deliveries
If returned items are not in original condition, a restocking fee may apply, or the refund may be declined
