Directions
For extended fasting 24 - 72hr+ fasts mix 1 scoop into 64fl oz of water to make a batch of solution. Drink 16fl oz of solution on Day 1 for low support; 16-32fl oz on Day 2-3 for moderate support; and up to 64fl oz on day 3+ for full support. Stay at lowest dose if no keto flu symptoms exist during fasting days. Mix additional batches as needed. Concentrate as much as 1 scoop/8fl oz water or dilute more as desired. For general electrolyte needs drink 16fl oz of solution a day; or mix with juice, coffee, etc. as desired.
