Directions
For cold therapy: Place the ice pack glove in the freezer for at least 2 hours until frozen. For heat therapy: Microwave the glove for short intervals until desired warmth is achieved. Slide the glove onto either left or right hand, ensuring fingers and thumb fit into designated compartments. Adjust and secure the wrist strap for a comfortable, hands-free fit. Apply for 20-30 minutes per session. The glove remains flexible when frozen for comfortable wear.
