Directions
Probiotic: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily between meals or on an empty stomach. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain potency. Psyllium: Take 3 capsules with 8 oz. glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times daily. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
