Directions
Take 6 capsules a day, 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening, with food and water, or as directed by your physician. If you have a sensitive tummy we suggest you take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening for the first 5 days, then take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening for the next 5 days, you can then move to the full dose of 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. You can adjust this suggestion based on your comfort level with the product.
