- Vitamin D3: Vitamin D promotes calcium and phosphorous absorption which are required for stronger bones, nails and teeth. Along with this, Vitamin D’s main role is to engage with WBC and fight with an antigen, thus helps in improving immunity.
- Vitamin K2-7: Vitamin K2 is an essential vitamin for blood clot. It also plays a vital role is in building and maintaining bone health; and its deficiency can lead to the risk of getting bone fractures easily.
