Prepare the device by filling the tank with saline solution using either Naväge SaltPods or traditional rinse packets with the included adapter. Select your desired power level using the LED interface with adjustable settings from gentle to strong. Position the soft-touch Nose Pillows comfortably in your nostril to create a secure seal. Activate the powered motorized flow which will deliver saline into one nostril, through the nasal passages and sinus cavities, and out the other nostril. Use the 360-degree rotating stem to adjust the angle for comfortable rinsing. The controlled flow will flush out mucus, allergens, dust, pollen, and environmental irritants. After use, disassemble reusable components for cleaning.
