Left Coast Performance was created out of pure necessity. At the time, our founder was struggling with a long term illness from Lyme disease. He knew that healthy fats could help, and he had read about the power of MCT Oil to help promote energy and mental function. But, he noticed that the MCT Oils on the market were all labelled as “Palm and / or Coconut Oil.” Palm and / or coconut? He was baffled! If a company can give you one or the other, what’s the point? Obviously they were going to put the cheapest ingredients in the bottle (palm oil.)So he created his own and Left Coast Performance offered the first MCT Oil on the market that was made purely from Coconut.

• This product must be blended. Product should be blended on low setting to avoid foaming. Add the powder AFTER all other ingredients are blended, and blend on "low". Alternatively whisk directly into hot water.
• This grass fed beef bone broth powder contains no extra carbs or sugars with simple, gut friendly Ingredients. Unlike other protein powders, our formulation focuses on simple ingredients that support proper gut health. That means we've avoided ingredients that can potentially cause stomach upset, like guar gums or xantham gums, which other companies use as a thickening agent.
• Our Beef Bone Broth Protein Powder is manufactured at a GMP facility. We stand apart from other companies by ensuring that each batch is created using a low-heat, time consuming process.
• Size: 32 oz, measured by weight not volume, in a 80 oz jar (approximately). Please note that the jar will only be half full. This is done so that powder does not escape during filling, and is standard for protein powder filling.
