Each Ferrex 150 Forte Capsule contains: 150mg of Elemental Iron (as Polysaccharide Iron), 1mg of Folic Acid, and 25mcg of Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). Other ingredients: Sodium lauryl sulfate, galtin, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystaline cellulose, stearic acid, polyethylene glycol, croscarmellose sodium, citric acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone, titanium dioxide, FD&C Red No. 40 Lake and FD&C Blue No. 1 Lake.
