Nutricity Exchange Policy

At Nutricity, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any products purchased through our online store.

Returns and Refunds

While exchanges are not available, we do accept returns under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
