Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team using the contact information below within this timeframe.
  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order has been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Post-24-Hour Cancellation

  • After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel the order after this period, cancellation may not be possible.
  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery upon arrival.
  • Once the refused package is returned to us in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product price, excluding shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders canceled after the 24-hour window or for refused deliveries.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
