Senokot® Regular Strength provides constipation relief for women, men, and children 2 years and over (always use as directed). The Senokot family of laxative products use a natural vegetable laxative ingredient derived from the senna plant, uniquely refined by science to be reliable. Senokot is recommended for gentle overnight relief of occasional constipation that may be caused by travel, stress, dietary changes, or aging.
How to Get Relief
1. Choose any of our natural senna plant-based laxatives: Senokot® Regular Strength, Senokot® Extra Strength, Senokot® Laxative Gummies, Senokot® Laxative Tea, or Senokot-S® Dual Action (senna plus docusate sodium stool softener)
2. Take your Senokot laxative product preferably just before bedtime or as directed by a doctor.
3. Within six to twelve hours, you'll generally have a bowel movement.
Dosage Directions (always use as directed)
Take by mouth preferably at bedtime or as directed by a doctor.
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: starting dosage 2 tablets once a day, maximum dosage 4 tablets twice a day
Children 6 to under 12 years: starting dosage 1 tablet once a day, maximum dosage 2 tablets twice a day
Children 2 to under 6 years: starting dosage 1/2 tablet once a day, maximum dosage 1 tablet twice a day
Children under 2 years: ask a doctor.

Sennosides 8.6 mg per tablet
Inactive ingredients:
Croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, mineral oil, polyethylene glycol, talc.
