Shilajit is the fulvic acid and trace minerals substance that is carefully picked from the mountain cracks. We process it using modern filtration and cold extraction. Compared to the centuries-old traditional methods it is safer, less expensive and preserves more nutrients.

The Himalayan Shilajit is the only one that is collected above 16,000 feet which makes it the top grade. How to Use Soft Resin Shilajit

Use Included Measuring Spoon

The average Shilajit dosage is ±100 150 mg and should not exceed 600 mg per day. To ensure a precise serving, use the included stainless steel spoon to measure out ±150mg of Shilajit extract.

Mix With Any Liquid

Mix it with water or another liquid. Now your favorite drink can become your favorite supplement too! Please take care not to boil your Shilajit. If diluting in water, ue purified water and avoid tap water.

Take 1-2 Times Daily

Shilajit may be taken up to 1-2 times a day, 4-6 times per week. The optimal duration is 1 to 2 months at a time, 2-3 times per year. If you wish to take Shilajit throughout the year, limit the daily dosage as well as the number of days per week that you consume it.
